Description
Fully equipped Hallberg-Rassy 40C
"Every new Hallberg-Rassy is the best Hallberg-Rassy ever," laughs yard owner Magnus Rassy. "Otherwise we wouldn't need to make new ones." The big Swede traditionally names all the first examples of a particular model as his own boat - which often sail around under the name Rassker - and is therefore still very much involved with the new models even after an extensive design and construction process. The new Hallberg-Rassy 40C is almost as wide in the stern as amidships, but does not have the disadvantages that the modern wide-bodied boats are reviled. The 40C is comparatively the most voluminous Hallberg-Rassy in existence and it is easy to forget that it is only a 40-footer."; says ZEILEN September 2020.
